Every photographic project has its own language and its own story. For more than three decades, I have worked with picture makers across many practices—from war photography and social documentary to street photography, family history, and contemporary artistic explorations.

I work closely with photographers to look at the whole body of work: to sort, select, and sequence, and to consider what happens when one photograph is placed beside another. Through conversation and reflection, patterns, connections, tensions, and unexpected possibilities can begin to emerge.

The process is not simply about choosing the best photographs. It is about discovering what the work is saying as a whole—and finding the form, rhythm, and structure that allow that story to be seen.
