Working with dozens of experts around the world and based on the magazine's fall 1997 special double issue, this new book design includes all images originally created and photo edited by Alison Morley brings an encyclopedic account of human progress from 1001 to 2000.

My work Included photo researching historical events and people where possible, conceptualizing how to illustrate events before the camera had been invented with commissioned photographers and finding metaphorical images that symbolized seminal moments.
